Since joining the firm in 2003, Carol has become Jeffrey’s right-hand person and is responsible for managing the exacting details involved in the firm’s extensive ordering, tracking, and receiving processes – including the minutia of instructions that go into the purchasing of even the simplest piece of hardware for a chair or cabinet.
With a calm demeanor, Carol is able to coordinate each job with a seemingly effortless ease. Carol also helps Jeffrey keep the communication flowing and she has forged strong relationships with the firm’s vendors, subcontractors, and trades people in order to keep projects on time and on budget. |
