Having returned to the workforce after raising her children, Joan joined Cebula Design in 2007 and has stepped into a fast-growing position that has become an essential part of the team. 

Timing is everything, and her timing here couldn't have been better. Joan not only assists Michael in fabric selection, she also handles all the purchase orders for upholstery and window treatments.  

Joan's enthusiasm and dedication to her job is apparent in all she does. Whether it's putting together presentation boards, shopping for accessories, organizing the library, or assisting in installations, she is always present and a positive asset.

“My favorite job is to accessorize and to shop for lamps, paintings, vases and all the small touches that add a sophisticated flair to the completed design. Working at Cebula Design I have learned "the business", and found a deeper respect for the process of interior design. I never knew how many facets there were to completing a project until I started working here. It continues to fascinate me to this very day.”
